FAQs About Grimcraft

Q1. What are your shipping and delivery times?

Grimcraft uses Royal Mail Delivery Services and occasionally other courier services such as Hermes/DPD for orders within the UK and International postage.

Most UK orders will go out Royal Mail standard 2nd class mail and depending on weight and size total prices start from £3.50 

International shipping is available on most items to the USA and EUROPE. 

Check shipping costs at the checkout before you buy. 

All International customers are responsible for paying the correct VAT and TAXES applicable to their own country and need to be paid upon delivery to the destination country. please check you country VAT+TAX thresholds and rates before buying.

Q2. What’s The Returns Policy for GRIMCRAFT?

Returns & exchanges

I Hope You Absolutely Love What You Get From Grimcraft, However Understand sometimes Things Can Happen or You might Decide You Aren’t Happy With What you’ve Ordered. 
 
I gladly accept returns as long as:
You contact me within: 7 days of delivery
Dispatch items back within: 14 days of delivery
 
I don’t accept exchanges or cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
 
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can’t accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Q3. What if I don’t Get my Item OR it arrives damaged?

Contact me straight away on grimcraftshop@gmail.com So I can chase up your order and give you an estimated time of arrival or see how we can best resolve your order with either a replacement or refund.

Any issues must be communicated with me directly so I can help as soon as possible. Please remember, I am not a massive company or even a small one. I’m just one person doing all this on her own (for now at least!) but I will always do my best to make sure you get what you ordered and on time.

I just ask all my customers to please be patient with orders especially for international buyers, there are sometimes delays with international shipping but I can always track down your package and keep you updated on where your order is and how long it will take.
