GENERAL RETURN POLICY
If the product will be refund, returned or exchanged there will be charge on Shipping Fee of $£3.50 up to 2KG £6 up to 5KG or flat rate of £10 for heavier items , which would be applied through a total reduced refund or credit.
All Items are eligible for return exempt the products that are: Custom or personalised orders Special Sale/clearance Items Digital downloads Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
You are always required to ship back the items by following the shipping instruction:
Buyers are responsible for all return postage costs including any fees that may occur from incorrect postage labels. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Need help? In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 7 days of your purchase. If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 7 days have passed, you will not be eligible for a refund.
In order for the product to be eligible for a Refund, make sure these conditions are met:

After we receive your product, I will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the Original Payment Method you’ve used during the purchase.
